Peti model, predstavljen leta 2018, je sledil modelu Polaris 3 in presko\u010dil eno \u0161tevilko. Tehni\u010dno gledano je tako model Polaris 6 peta generacija, vendar je bil kljub temu nestrpno pri\u010dakovan. Novi model ima dezen tekalne plasti v obliki \u010drke &#8220;V&#8221;, ki je optimiziran za delovanje v zasne\u017eenih razmerah. Z izbolj\u0161avami novega modela naj bi se Polaris 6 kot pnevmatika za vo\u017enjo na snegu \u0161e bolj izkazala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendar je bila pnevmatika Polaris 5 dele\u017ena kritik zaradi svojega obna\u0161anja na mokrih cestah, kjer je bila nagnjena k podkrmarjenju in prekrmarjenju. V sporo\u010dilu za javnost za pnevmatiko Polaris 6 niso omenjene posebne izbolj\u0161ave za delovanje na mokri podlagi, vendar je glede na preoblikovano tekalno plast verjetno, da se bo novi model obna\u0161al druga\u010de. Za potrditev morebitnih sprememb bomo morali po\u010dakati na teste. Na podlagi oznak EU dosledno prejema oceno C za oprijem na mokri podlagi in B\/C\/D za u\u010dinkovitost porabe goriva, pri \u010demer o\u017eje velikosti prejemajo bolj\u0161e ocene u\u010dinkovitosti porabe goriva.
